Well, glad June is over....not sure if I'll do any better in July but thought I'd start a new thread just in case!

Ate off plan most of the weekend but not in abnormal amounts....I tasted small amounts of foods that the guests brought...no way was I going to say no to some of that great looking food! But I ate normal portion sizes for the most part although a few things that I knew were low carb I filled up on!

Exercise has been lacking...I'll get back to it tomorrow unless I feel like it later today. This is the first year in a long time that I slacked on workouts through the holiday weekend...I feel bad about it but not bad enough to get off my butt!

So I've stepped out of my comfort zone.....I signed up for a thing through DH's work....online and phone health and fitness coaching! Yikes! But it's free and if I complete the whole thing he can get a bonus of $100 so why not!

I'll update as I go along...it starts on July 21st. I hope it's helpful!

Hi!

I'm a little late, working on getting the vacation lbs off. shakehead
I'm having a hard time getting back to low carbing. I'm starting today but I will have a little fruit today and just regular low carb starting tomorrow.

So far today I've had...
bacon, coffee, and water

and plan on having some watermelon and cherries for snacks, I don't know about the rest though

I'd do it for a $100 bonus too, Linda!

I'm sort of back at it today....I've been thinking about what works for me and I'm going to just follow that....all these plans are great but none of them are exactly what I need....

I like to have flax muffins or flax bread in the morning....so I did that today...and will do it again tomorrow most likely.

Lunch was salad with hb eggs and bacon in it...still using up stuff in the fridge....

I've got a few different things to get cooked tonight so I'll decide dinner in a little while.

Went to the gym for weights and I'm heading out to the pool for some cleaning and then a water workout....

My knee is feeling better again so it's easier to be motivated....
